This Beautiful Thing

Christ has Died. Christ is Risen. Christ will come again.

That is all Emmaus is really about. I had several new 'views' of the Emmaus experience this weekend as well, as my wife got to Walk and had a very different experience than I did while having a very blessed, loving, wonderful experience that was all her own. I never anticipated that she would come 'floating' or skipping out of closing services like I did. And she didn't. But she loved it and is looking forward to working behind the scenes next time and already considering who she can sponsor.

So this beautiful thing that is Emmaus works the miracle again. And through the power of prayer and the love of God and through the beauty of true altruism, we can spread His word in a very personal, special way.
